The property was developed to put the house in an area that control’s the rest of the property. The house is set back off the road 250 feet with an elevated driveway and house pad. The house was constructed in 2003. The builder was Oak Hill Homes, the plan was for a 1920 sq.ft., 3 bedroom 2 bath. The house is constructed with 2x6 outer walls, extra insulation in the walls and ceilings, with extra insulated windows. The house was designed to have “view windows” in two areas. The first is in the dining area which has a fantastic view of the mountains, the second is in the living room over looking the front yard and driveway. The house has white ceramic tile kitchen counter tops and the same for the counter tops in the bathrooms and the shower/bath. The entry area, the bathrooms, the kitchen and dinning area floors are earth tones ceramic tile. The rest of the house is carpeted with a medium grade gray carpet. All the windows have off-white 1 1/2 inch simulated wood blinds. The septic system has been designed by a Engineering Geologist, and installed by a licensed construction company. PG&E was hired to install a 400 Amp Service. Two 200 Amp panels were installed and ready PG&E to attached service. A line runs form one of the panel to the to a 200 Amp sub panel on the house. The second 200 Amps is not in use, but is available for a shop or barn.
