Future plans: We plan to grow 10 acres of Alfalfa, we have designed the layout to reserve the strip along the north for alfalfa. We also plan to water the pastures, once we have the alfalfa area developed.
Water development: The pond in the SW corner is spring fed, in time we plan to increase the size to 3 acres stretching it north. We also plan to ad a 100’ well near the pond. A solar submersible pump would be installed, the pump would be regulated by the level of the pond. The pond would hold as much water as the solar pump could provide. In time it might work to install a second solar pump.
